About the role
Over the past eight years, we’ve built an incredible foundation for growth through the delightful product experiences we’ve developed, the robust platform infrastructure we’ve invested in, and our strong partnerships with leading brands.

We are looking for an experienced B2B marketer to help expand our global reach, building awareness of our world class platform with major appliance brands. You will own lead and demand generation for Drop, using a suite of tools and approaches (including webinars, content marketing, whitepapers, trade shows, and email marketing) to ensure our message reaches key decision makers in our target partners.  You will position Drop for success with our B2B audience, developing curated materials and collateral for potential partners that highlight how Drop’s KitchenOS can power their appliances into the future.

The ideal candidate will be creative and entrepreneurial, with a proven track record of building awareness of a SaaS product using
Account-based Marketing principles.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth in a unique environment, building partnerships through a mission-driven brand with an energized team.  


This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland or remotely on the East Coast of the USA. We have embraced hybrid working in Dublin, with 3 days per week working from home. The role will require some flexibility of hours to ensure coverage with US based partners. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and execute high-impact, multi-channel B2B marketing programs to grow our partner base.
  • Collaborate with Sales on B2B initiatives to exceed company lead, pipeline and revenue goals for both new partner acquisition and existing partner expansion. 
  • Act as the bridge between Marketing and Sales, working to create a solid, repeatable, engaging process for closing new partners, to ensure we reach our ambitious partner acquisition targets
  • Manage Drop’s PR and external activity, including press, analyst relations, interviews, awards, and attendance at conferences, exhibitions and trade shows. 
  • Guide the prioritization of marketing and monetization initiatives, ensuring effective support of and collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Finance.


Your skills

  • Exceptional cross-functional and cross-organizational collaboration and communication skills, including presentation skills. 
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to build rapport and relationships.  
  • Drive and determination with a high level of comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 
  • A superior attention to detail. 
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills.
  • A positive, generous, funny and kind attitude.

Your experience and qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS marketing roles, with increasing responsibility and seniority, at growth startups. 
  • Proven experience in lead and demand generation.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with funnel design and A/B testing.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales. 
  • Knowledge and interest in the smart kitchen, IoT, food and cooking is a plus!
